My business, Thaii Soul Catering LLC, specializes in providing catering services for private events and offering a private chef service. We create customized menus tailored to meet our clients' preferences and event themes. Additionally, we produce a unique line of spices that draws inspiration from both Thai cuisine and soul food, reflecting a fusion of flavors. We also offer a cookbook that features our signature dishes and recipes, allowing customers to recreate the experience in their own homes.

I started Thaii Soul Catering at the age of 12. Growing up in an inner-city environment with only my grandmother for support, I felt the need to create something positive for myself. After breaking my hip and receiving the news that I could no longer play basketball, I turned on the television and began watching Emeril Lagasse. Seeing someone from my local area succeed inspired me, and I wanted to bring that same kind of energy and flavor to the South Shore of Massachusetts. This experience motivated me to turn my passion for cooking into a business that could serve my community.

I take pride in the quality of the products we create and the love we share with the community through outdoor events, park clean-ups, and programs that engage youth. These initiatives not only strengthen our connections but also showcase our commitment to giving back to the community and inspiring the next generation.

Among our biggest accomplishments are the release of "Thaii Vs. Soul Vol 1," which highlights our unique culinary offerings, and the development of the Thaii Soul Catering Spice Line, which allows our customers to take a piece of our flavors home.
